When you complete this assessment, we collect your name, work email address, company name, approximate employee count, and your responses to the assessment questions along with the resulting compliance scores. We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive financial data.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate and display your personalized assessment results, and to send you compliance-related resources, educational content, or information about our services at the email address you provide. We may contact you directly to discuss your results or compliance needs.
How Your Information Is Stored
Assessment submissions are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet hosted on Google's infrastructure. Google's privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your Rights Under California Law
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information.
